Ward was born April 15th, 1977 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School is a only private Christian school. Following the completion of the requirements for high school she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer during her junior year. She was a member of the dance and drill team. She attended Northeast Louisiana University briefly after graduation. Ward was 13 when she began modeling after she left school. After graduation, she relocated in New York to pursue this job. A few years later, she decided to also try acting. In 1970she first appeared in an uncredited part in the soap opera All My Children and was later scheduled to play in the sluggish NBC premier-time teen-drama Malibu Shores. Her role was Meg Cummings, a virgin on Sunset Beach in 1996. In 1999, she started an acting career in films in the role of Brittany Foster the psychotic character from the horror movie The In Crowd. The film did not earn money at the theatre, it was successful in the world of cable and DVD. Ward later played a pivotal supporting role in Shallow Hal, a hit film. Apart from her direct-to-DVD role, Ward made numerous guest appearances on television shows including Friends. The ABC Family Drama series Make It or Break It's principal actors for the first two seasons Chloe Kmet played the mother of young gymnast in 2009. She was married to David C. Robinson, who was a producer. They had a child named Cameron.
